Description
This is a well maintained house. The siding and roof were replaced in 2014; Electric upgrade (220 service) to the house and garage in 2019, when three heat pump split systems were installed to provide heating and cooling. The gas fired boiler provides hot water heat, also. The windows were replaced in 2016. An expansive deck overlooks the above ground pool (which the sellers say will be very much missed). Fences surround the back yard and pool, keeping dogs and children in, and unwanted dogs and children out. The hardwood floors give the house a feeling of being home and warm.
